Bradley Leavitt is a veteran, a father, and a husband who wants to raise his family in a growing community, a safe environment, and free society. He believes that lower taxes and strong support of small businesses will return our area to the flourishing community it once was; and allow our community, state, and nation to compete in an ever-changing global market. He believes that we need to become more energy independent and less petroleum dependent. He believes that supporting our troops both at home and abroad will protect us from terrorism. He believes that securing our borders and taking a strong stand against illegal immigration will protect our citizens, our economy, and our jobs. And he believes that smaller government that values individual rights over group rights will provide liberty to all that it serves.
Congressman Kaptur is a career politician who has been pushing her personal agenda for over half of her life. She supports high taxes, and regulations that take away jobs from working families, destroy small businesses, and make it almost impossible for American companies to compete globally. She repeatedly sides with special interest groups that protest the advancement of sound energy policies; therefore allowing energy costs to continue skyrocketing out of control. She proudly boasts her support of American troops and veterans, but repeatedly votes against much needed funding for them as they fight terrorism abroad; and demoralizes them by repeatedly denouncing their daily successes in their war on terror and by catering to organizations like “Code Pink”. She repeatedly supports legislation which aids illegal immigrants. And she supports big government by supporting higher taxes associated with wealth redistribution, more regulations weighing down individuals and small businesses, and more legislation that impacts the liberties of Americans.
